Forgot your password?

Tap “Forgot password?” on the sign-in screen, or email us with your username and we will help you reset it.

In the app: Menu → Delete account. This permanently removes your profile, posts and photos.

Your weekly bill and every top-up are listed in Menu → Wallet. For store refunds, use Apple’s or Google’s refund page.

Tap “Report” on their post, message or member card, or block them. See the Community Guidelines.
